Laminates

It is a versatile and fundamental engineered wood product made by gluing thin sheets, or plies, of wood veneer together. Its wide-ranging applications include structural components in construction, durable cabinetry, general furniture manufacturing, and the creation of reliable interior paneling and flooring substrates.

It is created from wood chips, sawdust, and synthetic resin pressed and extruded together under high temperature and pressure. It is used in projects where low cost and flatness are priorities, such as temporary or ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture, internal core material for laminated countertops and cabinets, and as subflooring.

It is a narrow strip of material—often made from PVC, ABS, acrylic, or thin wood veneer—used to cover the exposed, raw edges of panel materials like Plywood, MDF, and Particle Board. It helps to protect the panel edges from moisture, impact damage, and chipping, thereby extending the life of the furniture or cabinetry. Edge beading is indispensable in the manufacturing of cabinets, shelves, desks, and any piece of modular furniture.

(Medium-Density Fiberboard)

It is a popular finishing material consisting of multiple layers of kraft paper and decorative paper saturated with resins, which are then fused together under intense heat and pressure. This process creates a thin, hard, non-porous sheet that is highly valued for its durability, scratch resistance, moisture resistance, and vast range of available colors, patterns, and textures. It is used kitchen countertops, cabinetry and wardrobe exteriors, furniture tops, and wall paneling.

MDF

It is created by breaking down hardwood and softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining them with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. It is used in furniture manufacturing—especially for cabinet doors and detailed moldings—as well as for shelving, speaker boxes, and decorative wall paneling.
